Privacy Policy

PsiControle is designed as a local-first clinical organization app. This privacy policy explains how the app handles data and what information is collected or processed.
Data Stored Locally
The app may store patient information, appointments and recurrence data, documents, addresses, notes, reminders, receipts, financial status, settings, and other administrative data created by the user.
This data is stored locally on the user's device.
The app does not send this data to custom servers.
The app does not use CloudKit.
Import and Export
CSV import, when used, runs locally on the device and may include registration data such as name, contact information, status, notes, document information, and address information.
Users may also export data as CSV or in other formats made available by the app. Files are created locally and sent only to the destination selected by the user through iOS sharing and storage options. After export, the selected destination or service controls how the file is handled.
Calendar and Notifications
Calendar sync is optional. Full Calendar access is used only to create, update, and remove PsiControle appointment events in a dedicated or user-selected calendar.
The app does not import, store, or display the user's personal calendar events.
By default, calendar events and notifications use neutral text without patient name, notes, phone, email, document, or appointment type.
Notifications are used only for appointment reminders or app-related reminders configured by the user.
Siri, Shortcuts, and Spotlight
PsiControle provides optional actions through Siri, Shortcuts, and App Intents to review or perform tasks such as checking the schedule, creating or completing appointments, and recording payments.
These actions are processed through Apple system features and may display or receive the data needed to perform the command. Actions that read or change clinical data require device authentication as configured by the app and iOS.
Patient indexing in Spotlight and Siri is optional and can be disabled in PsiControle Settings. When enabled, information needed for search, such as the patient's name and record identifier, is provided to the device's local system index.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed by Apple using StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple, not by PsiControle.
The app only checks the App Store entitlement that grants access.
Collection and Tracking
The app does not include an analytics SDK.
The app does not track users across apps and websites.
The app does not share data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or sale. Optional features initiated by the user may provide data to iOS and the Apple services required for Calendar, notifications, Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight, subscriptions, backups, or export.
The app does not sell user data.
Apple Analytics and App Store Connect
Apple may provide the developer with aggregate App Store Connect metrics, such as downloads, sessions, subscriptions, and crashes, depending on the user's Apple analytics sharing settings.
iCloud Backups
iCloud device backups are handled by iOS according to the user's Apple account settings. The app does not use CloudKit to sync app data.
Data Sharing
PsiControle does not send patient, appointment, document, address, or note data to servers controlled by the developer. Data leaves the app's storage only when the user uses an optional system integration or exports/shares a file.
Data Deletion
Users may delete data inside the app or by deleting the app from the device. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
To cancel a subscription, users must manage it through their Apple ID subscription settings.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for professional use and is not directed to children.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
