By using PsiControle, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
Use of the App
PsiControle is an administrative productivity and organization tool for clinical routines, including patients, schedules, appointments, reminders, pending work, and financial information.
Professional Responsibility
The user is responsible for how they use the app and for complying with professional, ethical, privacy, and legal obligations applicable to their practice.
Storage and Optional Sync
You are responsible for looking after the information you enter in the app. It stays on your device by default. Starting with version 1.0.8, you can choose to also save it in a private area of your Apple Account’s iCloud. The development team and others responsible for PsiControle cannot access this content. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.
Syncing depends on Apple services, your account, your connection, and space in iCloud. Sending and receiving may take time. Changes and deletions may reach other devices, including after you turn syncing back on. Keep a separate copy of important data.
Turning off syncing in the app keeps the data in iCloud. If your version offers Delete iCloud data, this option keeps what is already on this device and deletes app data from iCloud. Data that has not reached this device will not be kept. Turn off syncing on your other devices before continuing. Deleting iCloud data cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy explains these choices.
Export data you want to keep before deleting it or changing Apple Accounts.
The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, iOS issues, iCloud backup settings, user deletion, or Apple services.
Calendar and Notifications
Calendar integration and notifications are optional features. The user is responsible for configuring these features appropriately for their privacy needs.
Import, Export, and System Integrations
Users are responsible for reviewing imported data and protecting files they export or share. The developer does not control external services or destinations selected by the user.
Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight, and other iOS integrations are optional and may depend on the availability, permissions, authentication, and behavior of Apple services.
Subscriptions
Access to PsiControle creation and editing features requires a valid trial or an active auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. After access ends, the app may provide a read-only experience for reviewing and exporting data.
Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
Free Trial
When available and the user is eligible, the free trial and its duration are shown with the plan before purchase confirmation. At the end of the free trial, the selected subscription starts automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
Renewal and Cancellation
The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Users can cancel or change the subscription in their Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The app does not cancel subscriptions inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Restore Purchases
Users can use Restore Purchases to recover access on devices using the same Apple ID.
Apple Standard EULA
Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless custom terms are published in the future.
No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice
The app does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.
The app does not replace professional judgment.
The app is not a regulatory clinical record, does not diagnose or recommend treatment, and must not be used for emergencies.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their device secure, maintaining appropriate backups, and complying with their professional obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
